How to Return an Item

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number
  3. Package Your Items: Place items in original packaging with tags attached
  4. Ship the Package: Use the prepaid return label we'll provide
  5. Receive Refund: Processing takes 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Return Shipping

We provide prepaid return shipping labels for most returns. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after the return window has expired

Damaged or Defective Items
